Who we are
Albahia Beauty is a women's salon in Doha, Qatar, at the Yvillage compound and at Abraj Bay 4 on The Pearl, with a salon in Egypt. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean Albahia Beauty. You can reach us at info@albahiabeauty.com.

البهية صالون نسائي في الدوحة بقطر، في مجمع واي فيلدج وفي أبراج باي 4 في اللؤلؤة، ولها صالون في مصر. وحين نقول في هذه السياسة «نحن» أو «لنا» فنحن نعني البهية. يمكنك التواصل معنا على info@albahiabeauty.com.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the contact form on this site, or message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, your message, and the services you are interested in.
Appointment details. If you book with us, we keep the date and time of your visit, the services you chose, and anything you tell us so that we can do them well, such as a product you prefer or a sensitivity we should know about.
Technical information. Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs: the address your device connects from, the type of browser, the pages requested and when. These logs are used to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

تفاصيل الموعد. إذا حجزت معنا، نحتفظ بتاريخ زيارتك ووقتها، وبالخدمات التي اخترتها، وبكل ما تخبريننا به حتى نؤدّيه على أفضل وجه، مثل منتج تفضّلينه أو حساسية ينبغي أن نعرفها.
معلومات تقنية. مثل أي موقع، يصلك هذا الموقع عبر مزوّد استضافة يحتفظ بسجلّات خادم معتادة: العنوان الذي يتّصل منه جهازك، ونوع المتصفّح، والصفحات المطلوبة ووقت طلبها. تُستخدم هذه السجلّات لتقديم الموقع وحمايته من إساءة الاستخدام. لا يضع هذا الموقع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا يستخدم أي أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع إعلاني.
How we use it
- To answer your message and arrange, confirm or change an appointment.
- To remember your preferences from one visit to the next, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
- To send you information you have asked us for.
- To keep this website running safely.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing you have not asked for.

Who else sees it
- Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., United States), which processes the server logs described above on our behalf.
- The messaging platform you choose. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are run by Meta Platforms. Messages you send us there are also covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

- مزوّد الاستضافة لدينا (Vercel Inc.، الولايات المتحدة)، الذي يعالج سجلّات الخادم الموضّحة أعلاه نيابةً عنا.
- منصّة المراسلة التي تختارينها. واتساب وإنستغرام وفيسبوك تديرها شركة Meta Platforms، والرسائل التي ترسلينها إلينا هناك تخضع أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
- لا أحد غير ذلك، إلا إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and appointment details for as long as we need them to look after you and to keep our own records in order, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

نحتفظ برسائلك وبتفاصيل مواعيدك ما دمنا نحتاج إليها للعناية بك وتنظيم سجلّاتنا، ثم نحذفها. ويمكنك أن تطلبي حذفها قبل ذلك في أي وقت.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Write to info@albahiabeauty.com and we will reply as soon as we can. These rights are given to you by the data protection laws that apply to us, including Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law.

يمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلبي منا الاطّلاع على المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، ويمكنك الاعتراض على طريقة استخدامنا لها. راسلينا على info@albahiabeauty.com وسنردّ في أقرب وقت ممكن. وهذه الحقوق تكفلها لك قوانين حماية البيانات المطبّقة علينا، ومنها قانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية القطري (Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law) وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law).
Children
This website is meant for adults. Services for children are booked by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

هذا الموقع مُعدّ للبالغات. خدمات الأطفال يحجزها أحد الوالدين أو وليّ الأمر، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال عبر هذا الموقع.
Links to other sites
This site links to our Instagram and Facebook pages and to WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you are there.
